Ramsun Developments is led by an experienced Civil Engineer with many years of experience before starting the property development business in 2008 on a full-time basis. We have Queensland Building Construction Commission (QBCC) licence to build up to 3 storeys; and we have used the licence to construct 7 townhouses in Zillmere, 5 apartments in St Lucia and a luxurious house in Kenmore. Besides constructing new building projects from the ground up we also have experience in doing renovations for our clients.
The company focuses on quality, innovation, and use of different products and materials where possible to differentiate our projects. We pay a lot of attention to detail in all aspects of property development so that we build a property that is superior to what is available on the market. After completing $20 million worth projects, we are now expanding projects such as land subdivisions and constructions of new luxury houses to meet the emerging market.
